Rental Policy

Good Shepherd United Church of Christ Grove/Fellowship Hall and its facilities are available as long as the group reserving the facilities leaves it in the same condition as prior to their event that they dress moderately, that the conversation glorify God, and that the following rules and regulations are heeded.

Reservations and more information can be found by E-Mailing the church at:goodshepherducc@hotmail.com and reservations are a first come, first serve basis with Church events taking priority. Outside fundraisers are subject to Consistory approval.

Donations for the use of the facilities are requested at least one week prior to the event and are deposited in the general fund as rental donations. A check made payable to Good Shepherd UCC should be mailed to: Good Shepherd United Church of Christ, c/o Church Treasurer, P0 Box 68, Slatedale. PA I 8079.

Recommendations:

Church Grove is available from dawn to dusk with the exception of times when Sunday School, Vacation Bible School, or Church Worship is being held.

Bathrooms are available at all events. Please keep them as clean as you found them

Insurance guidelines do not allow the renting ofthe Grill House. and the Church requires a copy of a Certificate of Liability from the group renting the facilities two weeks prior to the date of rental. Good Shepherd United Church of Christ is not liable for any injuries sustained on church property or lost or stolen items. One adult must supervise at all times while children are playing in the play ground area. Any one vandalizing or destroying church property will be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. and anything damaged or stolen must be replaced at equal value.
